Job Description:

• Coordination and supervision of subcontractors and personnel on residential and commercial construction projects
• Responsible for time management and coordination of field projects
• Responsible for performing construction layout and staking for buildings, utilities, and infrastructure
• Responsible for coordination with engineering and management teams
• Must be punctual, dependable, and professional

Requirements:

• Minimum five (5) years of industry experience
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Construction layout and surveying practices knowledge required
• Knowledge of Topcon Robotic Total Station and GPS preferred
